Heather McVay

Heather McVay has been with Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities since June 2000, currently holding the position of SSA Coordinator and previously serving as an Early Intervention Specialist. Prior to that, Heather worked at City of Rockford Head Start as Head Teacher from December 1998 to May 2000. Heather holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Early Childhood Special Education from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Child Development from Rockford College.
