Dan Baciu

Dan Baciu has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dan currently works as a Principal Design Engineer at Lucas Engineering and Management Services, Inc. starting from 2023. Prior to this, they had a role as a Subcontract Technical Representative / Project Support Specialist at Apogee Group LLC from 2017 to 2023. Dan also worked as a Design Engineer at Northstar Federal Services / Randolph Construction Services from 2013 to 2017, and as a Senior Project Designer at BNL Technical Services, LLC from 2013 to 2015. Dan has also held positions as a Senior Project Designer at LUCAS Engineering and Management Services from 2007 to 2013 and at Meier Architecture • Engineering from 2007 to 2012. Earlier in their career, Dan worked as an Engineering Technician at ConAgra Foods from 1998 to 2007, an Architectural Designer at Architectural Design Center from 1990 to 1991, and a Mechanical Designer at Metallurgical Research Institute from 1988 to 1990.

Dan Baciu earned a CAD degree in Engineering Technology from Columbia Basin College from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a Baccalaureate degree in Mechanical Engineering from George Cosbuc National College from 1982 to 1986. In addition, they hold a certification as a Certified Mechanic of Heavy Industrial Equipment from the Metallurgical Research Institute in Bucharest, Romania, obtained in 1988.
