Matt Boldyga is an experienced talent acquisition professional serving as the Director of Client Delivery at Lucas James Talent Partners since August 2020, where the focus is on innovative recruiting solutions and qualified talent representation. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at Aerotek from May 2010 to August 2020, including Strategic Initiative Executive, On-Premise Manager, VMS Program Manager, and multiple recruiting roles.
