As the Founder of the Milwaukee Chapter of The People Collective, Tyler fosters a community for executive-level People Leaders through curated forums and mentorship. Previous experience includes a Director of Business Development position at Unify Consulting, where Tyler contributed to innovative management solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Tyler also held various leadership roles at UPshow, overseeing customer success across thousands of locations, and spent over a decade at Aerotek, driving revenue growth and talent development across multiple divisions. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
