Amy Becker is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Lucas Metropolitan Housing since May 2017, Amy supports various HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. Previously, Amy held roles at Lucas Metropolitan Housing as a Benefits Representative, and at The Andersons, Inc. as an Office Coordinator and Front-End/Customer Service Manager. Additional experience includes serving as an Area Supervisor at Cashland. Amy Becker holds an Associate's degree in Applied Business with a major in Human Resources and Payroll Accounting from Davis University, complemented by earlier studies at Edison State Community College.
