Andy Delaney has significant work experience in financial management and auditing. Andy served as the Chief Financial Officer at Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority, where they implemented financial reporting procedures and addressed audit findings. At Chicago Housing Authority, they worked as a Senior Internal Auditor, conducting program-related audits and collaborating with internal auditors on engagements. Andy also served as a Senior Accountant, handling cash flow statements and revenue recognition. Prior to that, they worked at RSM McGladry as a Senior Program Accountant, overseeing journals, billing, and financial statements.
Andy Delaney has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology, which they completed in 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting from Loyola University in 1987.

Established in 1933, Lucas Metropolitan Housing (LMH) continues to provide affordable housing to adults, seniors and children in its Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher, Mixed-Income and market rate housing units. LMH, also, provides a myriad of programs and opportunities designed to improve the total quality of life for our residents, with the ultimate goal of achieving self-sufficiency. The programs and services are the result of successful collaborations with numerous community partners. Our current housing portfolio consists of 2,669 public housing units; 4,732 Housing Choice Vouchers allocated units; 322 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit units; 198 Market Rate units; and, 107 Homeownership Properties.
