Craig Bartley has extensive experience in project coordination and construction documentation, currently serving as a Project Coordinator at Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority since June 2010. Previously, Craig held the position of Sr. Specification Writer at The Collaborative Inc from 1994 to 2009, where responsibilities included the preparation of specification and bidding documents, as well as construction administration. Early career roles included Planner/Architectural Assistant at The University of Cincinnati through Belcan TechServices (1993-1994), focusing on building assessments and data collection, and Production Director/Project Manager at The Favorite Design Group (1984-1993), overseeing project management and construction document preparation. Craig holds an Associate degree in Architectural Technology from The University of Toledo, obtained between 1981 and 1983.

Established in 1933, Lucas Metropolitan Housing (LMH) continues to provide affordable housing to adults, seniors and children in its Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher, Mixed-Income and market rate housing units. LMH, also, provides a myriad of programs and opportunities designed to improve the total quality of life for our residents, with the ultimate goal of achieving self-sufficiency. The programs and services are the result of successful collaborations with numerous community partners. Our current housing portfolio consists of 2,669 public housing units; 4,732 Housing Choice Vouchers allocated units; 322 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit units; 198 Market Rate units; and, 107 Homeownership Properties.
