Meta Lim

Meta Lim has extensive experience in the housing industry. They started their career as a Housing Specialist II at Housing Opportunities Commission in 1999, where they managed up to 500 cases and conducted weekly seminars for clients. In 2008, they joined Rockville Housing Enterprises, Inc. as the Director of Assisted Housing Operations, overseeing multiple housing programs and managing an $8.5M budget. From 2018 to 2021, they worked for DC Government as the Chief of Paid Family Leave, successfully implementing the program and leading a department through operationalization. Currently, Meta is the Vice President of Housing Choice Voucher Programs at Lucas Metropolitan Housing.
