Roger Lamb

Roger Lamb has extensive experience in sales and management roles. Roger worked as the Director of Sales, N.A. at Lucas-Milhaupt North America, where they oversaw a team of 14 salespeople and mentored them in both commercial aspects and technical services. Roger also set yearly budgets and monthly forecasts. Prior to that, they were a Regional Sales Manager at the same company, responsible for OEM technical brazing and metal fabrication sales in several states. Additionally, they worked as a Division Sales Manager at Paulo Products, where they managed the commercial activities of the St. Louis plant and also maintained a sales territory.

Roger Lamb attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1985 to 1989. Roger obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology during this time. Additionally, they have a certification in Solution Selling from Achieve Global, although the details of when and where they obtained this certification are unknown.
