Kati Melcho has demonstrated a diverse career in both culinary and marketing event coordination. Initially serving as a Chef at Epicureans Catering from March 2011 to January 2012, Kati was responsible for food preparation, catering setup, and event service. Kati then held various roles at The Art Institutes from January 2009 to March 2012, including Resident Assistant and Culinary Student/Student Associate, where responsibilities encompassed inventory management, food cart assembly, employee scheduling, and special projects for faculty. Since April 2018, Kati has been employed as a Marketing Event Coordinator at Lucas Oil Products, focusing on organizing activations, managing tickets, and assisting the VP of Event Marketing.
