Kristian Nicholls

Kristian Nicholls is an experienced venue manager with a strong background in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Venue Manager at LUCAS Restaurants since February 2022. Prior to this role, Kristian held the position of Venue Manager at Ichi Group from December 2015 to February 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing operations at a Japanese restaurant. Additional experience includes General Manager at Magic Mountain Saloon, Restaurant Manager at a Thai establishment, and various management roles at longrain restaurant and Clogs Restaurant. Kristian holds a Level 1 Sake certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, attained in 2019, and has education from La Trobe University.
