Michael Kulmoski

Michael Kulmoski has a diverse and extensive work history in finance and consulting roles. Michael is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Lucas Systems, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to Lucas Systems, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Ready® Nutrition from January 2019 to July 2022. Michael also worked as an Independent Consultant, specializing in business finance, from January 2019 to June 2020.

Before their consulting role, Kulmoski held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Voci Technologies from June 2016 to December 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at an Independent Consulting firm from October 2015 to June 2016.

Earlier in their career, Kulmoski served as the Chief Financial Officer at Lewis-Goetz & Company, a distributor of industrial rubber products, from June 2006 to October 2015. Michael was responsible for various financial matters, including debt raise, sale transactions, and acquisitions.

Before Lewis-Goetz & Company, they held the role of Chief Financial Officer and Senior VP at Chester Engineers, Inc, a provider of environmental engineering services, from February 2004 to March 2006. Michael played a key role in the integration of two merged entities and implemented financial and operational improvements.

Kulmoski also served as the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Moai Technologies, an international provider of eSourcing software solutions, from May 2002 to February 2004. Michael successfully turned around the company's financial situation following the dot-com crash.

Furthermore, they held various Senior and Executive Management roles, including Chief Financial Officer, at Stargate.net, a provider of Internet services and business technology solutions, from October 1996 to May 2002. Michael was a founding member of the management team and contributed to the significant growth of the business.

Lastly, Kulmoski worked as the Executive Vice President at Keystone Rehabilitation, where they managed financial operations and oversaw mergers and acquisitions, from October 1994 to October 1996.

Michael Kulmoski attended Washington & Jefferson College from 1980 to 1984, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Economics. In September 1987, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
