Adrian Neblett is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network engineering and administration, currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer and previously in roles such as Network Administrator and IT Support Supervisor at Ipsos since October 2004. Responsibilities include managing data connectivity and voice systems for over 2,000 users across multiple locations, overseeing vendor relationships, and collaborating with IT teams to address client needs. In addition to IT expertise, Adrian is a real estate investor with MARE Investments, and a seasoned actor with experience in film and theater through Lucas Talent Inc. and Muse Artist Management. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Manitoba, earned between 1996 and 2002.

Lucas Talent Inc was established in 1986. Founder Richard Lucas has a BFA Acting from the University of Alberta and later studied at UBC in their MFA Directing program. He subsequently worked as a professional actor, director and producer. When his contract was finished for Vancouver’s world’s fair EXPO 86 he opened Lucas Talent Inc. Since then the company has grown into a thriving literary and talent agency that represents actors, writers and directors and other “above the line” personnel. Lucas Talent Inc. is proud to represent many of Canada’s leading talents in the film and television industry. We believe that the most important asset that we have in our industry is our reputation.
