Mathew Bittroff has extensive experience in the performing arts and event services. Currently serving as an ACTRA Apprentice at ACTRA since August 2018 and as an Actor at Lucas Talent Inc. since November 2017, Mathew also operates Mathew Bittroff DJ Services as Owner/DJ since September 2015. As a Co-Founder of Impulse Theatre since May 2010, Mathew has contributed as a Writer, Producer, and Actor. Prior experience includes roles as a Mobile DJ for Grindstone Productions and a Touring Performer with Alberta Opera. Additional past positions include Administrator at Kompany Family Theatre and Product Expert at Future Shop. Mathew Bittroff earned a Theatre Arts Diploma from MacEwan University, highlighting a strong foundation in drama and theatre arts.
Lucas Talent Inc.
Lucas Talent Inc was established in 1986. Founder Richard Lucas has a BFA Acting from the University of Alberta and later studied at UBC in their MFA Directing program. He subsequently worked as a professional actor, director and producer. When his contract was finished for Vancouver’s world’s fair EXPO 86 he opened Lucas Talent Inc. Since then the company has grown into a thriving literary and talent agency that represents actors, writers and directors and other “above the line” personnel. Lucas Talent Inc. is proud to represent many of Canada’s leading talents in the film and television industry. We believe that the most important asset that we have in our industry is our reputation.
