Sandrine Serano

Sandrine Serano has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Responsable Ressources Humaines at Lucem since May 2021, where responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing talent, and optimizing training plans. Previously, Sandrine held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at IDEMIA, supporting Global R&D with recruitment, employee integration, and the implementation of the GDPR. With a strong background at Consultake Group as Responsable RH, Sandrine facilitated recruitment policies, manager support, and career management. Earlier roles included Consultante Bilan de compétences at RESSE CONSEIL and Chargée Recrutement et Formation at Computacenter, focusing on career development and recruitment processes. Sandrine is currently pursuing a DESS in Psychologie Sociale at Université Paris 13.
