Jess Vo

Jess Vo is a seasoned professional in operations and business management, currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Lucence since May 2024, where responsibilities include streamlining processes and enhancing media coverage. Prior experience includes being the Head of Operations at The Software Practice Pte Ltd from September 2022 to April 2024, where Jess successfully doubled the headcount and established the company's first overseas presence. Previous roles also encompass Operations Manager positions at Healint and Lucence, where significant achievements included the launch of diagnostic products and managing operational budgets. Jess Vo holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Diploma in Biomedical Science from Temasek Polytechnic.
