Cherie Rogers has extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance industries, currently serving as the Vice President of Shared Services at Lucent Health since October 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and business process management. Previously, at Guardian Life from February 1995 to October 2022, Cherie held multiple leadership roles, including Team Leader of Customer Enrollment and Payment Services, where effective management of 160 employees across multiple locations led to the successful implementation of sourcing strategies resulting in significant cost savings.
