Pedro Pernías

Pedro Pernías is an esteemed academic and entrepreneur with extensive experience in educational technology and e-learning. Currently serving as a Professor in the Department of Languages and Computer Systems at Universidad de Alicante, Pedro has also co-founded Lucentia Lab SL, where coordination of e-learning projects is a key responsibility. Previous roles include leadership positions at Generalitat Valenciana, where Pedro served as Director Territorial Valencia and Director General for the Advancement of the Digital Society. With a strong background in multimedia systems and digital education, Pedro has held various academic appointments since 1994, including a significant role in coordinating the Multimedia Engineering degree. Pedro’s educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Educational Technology and multiple degrees in Computer Science and Education.
