Abhay Yadav has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Abhay began their career in 2005 as a Technical Support Specialist II at Sprint, where they worked until 2009. During this time, they gained valuable technical skills. Abhay then moved on to Nations Holding Company in 2009, where they served as a Help Desk Specialist for a year. In 2011, they joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City as a Desktop Support Specialist for a few months. Later in 2011, Abhay started working at Lucet, where they held various roles including OPS Support Engineer, Associate Business Analyst, Systems Analyst-Scrum Master, ScrumMaster/Business Analyst Team Lead, and Manager in IT Project Management Office. In 2019, they became a Manager in IT Product Management and eventually became the Director of IT Program Management in 2023. Throughout their career, Abhay has showcased their expertise in IT program and product management, project management, and analysis.

Abhay Yadav attended The University of Kansas and obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2015. In 2016-2017, they received training at CSM Training.
