Eric Claycamp has over 20 years of work experience in workforce management and customer service roles. Eric began their career at Sykes in 1998 as a Team Manager, where they managed a team of agents and tracked their performance metrics. In 2004, they joined Alorica as a Team Manager, eventually taking on roles as Operations Manager, Client Services Manager, and WFM Manager. Eric implemented capacity planning and paperless workforce management systems, and was responsible for managing client relationships and billing processes. In 2014, Eric joined Lucet as a Workforce Manager, where they launched and implemented workforce management practices and optimized employee scheduling. Eric also held roles as Corporate Manager and Director, focusing on training and quality monitoring processes, and transitioning the organization to remote work in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Eric's most recent role is as a Pilot Brewer at Crane Brewing Company, where they started in 2020.
