Mary S. Hill has extensive experience in clinical operations and employee assistance programs. Currently serving as the Manager of Clinical Operations at Lucet since January 2015, Mary has previously held roles such as Director of Health & Performance Solutions at ValueOptions from 1998 to 2014, where responsibilities included managing EAP services and teams in Texas and Michigan. Mary contributed to the Employee Assistance Society of North America as a member of the Board of Directors from April 2016 to December 2021, and has worked as an EAP Counselor at the Alliance of Behavioral Providers and as a Staff Counselor at Huguley Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Personnel Administration from The University of Kansas, along with certification as a Mental Game Coaching Professional.
