Nick Bluhm

Nick Bluhm has extensive experience in legal and regulatory roles. Nick is currently serving as the Vice President of Legal and Regulatory at Lucet since the year 2023. Prior to this, they worked at VyncaCare as the General Counsel from October 2021 to August 2023. From 2015 to 2021, Nick held the position of Senior Director of Strategy and Government Policy at Signify Health, where they advised executive leadership, served as a subject matter expert for advocacy, and provided counseling to health system partners. Before that, they worked at the Health Care Transformation Task Force as the Co-Chair of the Implementing Value Models Work Group from 2015 to 2021. Nick also gained experience at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as a Litigation Attorney and Health Insurance Specialist from 2013 to 2015, and as a Research Associate at the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation in 2012.

Nick Bluhm attended St. Paul Academy from 1999 to 2003. Nick then pursued a B.S./M.A. degree in Medical Anthropology from The George Washington University, graduating in 2008. Later, between 2010 and 2013, they attended the University of Virginia School of Law, earning a J.D. degree.
