Lillian Dypold Bui

Lillian Dypold Bui, CFRE, is a nonprofit leader currently serving as the Senior Director for Development & External Affairs at Association House of Chicago, where they set fundraising strategies that generate over $2M in private funds annually. Previously, Lillian was the first full-time development staff member at the Pueblo Zoo, overseeing an eight-year capital campaign and expanding the team from one to four members. Lillian holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and possesses extensive experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and community outreach. They are currently a Co Executive Director at LUCHA, advocating for housing as a human right in partnership with Association House.
