Joël Dargan MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Joël is currently working as a District Sales Manager at Lucid Diagnostics, where they are responsible for promoting EsoGuard, an innovative esophageal cancer screening technology.

Prior to that, Joël worked as an Organ Health Specialist at Natera, where they achieved remarkable success despite starting in a new territory during the peak of the COVID pandemic. Joël was ranked 6th out of 35 representatives in 2020 and was recognized as a valuable resource for new hires. Joël was also selected to be one of four representatives on the Sales Advisory Board for 2021.

Before joining Natera, Joël worked as a Molecular Sales Consultant at Myriad Genetics, where they significantly increased the number of testing clinicians from 1 to 30 within a year.

Joël also has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in ADHD medication. Joël worked at Shire Pharmaceuticals as both a Senior Professional Sales Representative and a Professional Sales Representative. During their time there, Joël consistently achieved top 30% national ranking in market share and volume growth for four consecutive years.

In addition, Joël has served as a Sales Representative at Patterson Dental, where they successfully increased annual sales in their territory and gained market share by acquiring major customers from a competitor. Joël has also built strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and support staff.

Early in their career, Joël worked at Walgreens Pharmacy, where they quickly climbed the ranks from Assistant Manager to the youngest District Executive Assistant Manager. Joël executed customer satisfaction strategies to improve store profitability and managed daily cash flow of $10,000.

Joël Dargan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Salve Regina University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business from the University of Rhode Island between 2001 and 2005. Their major area of study during their undergraduate program included Financial Institutes & Markets, Business Policy, and International Business Communication. In addition to their academic qualifications, Joël Dargan also obtained a National Soccer Coaches Association of America Nation Diploma from NSCAA in January 2010.
