Peter Bourne

Peter Bourne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal at Dragonfly Group since January 2011, Peter also holds strategic advisory positions at Brief AI, Written Word Media, and Lucid Dream VR. As a board member at ProAxion, Inc. since May 2016, Peter has contributed to corporate governance. Notably, Peter led Bright Wolf, a Cognizant Company, from November 2020 to July 2024, overseeing integration and growth post-acquisition after previously serving as CEO of Bright Wolf, LLC from January 2014 to October 2020. Additional experience includes roles at Device Magic and the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network, as well as board membership at Fabl. Peter holds a degree from UC Santa Barbara.
