Andrew Ashur

Andrew Ashur's work experience includes serving as the CEO and Founder of Lucid Drone Technologies, Inc. since 2018, where they developed proprietary drone applications for cleaning buildings and for dispensing disinfectant solutions. Andrew has been featured in various media outlets such as Forbes, BBC News, TechCrunch, and ABC News. Additionally, Andrew has developed three provisional patents for the novel technology and methods associated with the company's drones.

Prior to their role at Lucid Drone Technologies, Andrew worked as a Fundraising, Data & Event Intern at Davidson Athletic Fund from 2017 to 2018. Andrew also served as a Peer Educator and Game Management staff member at Davidson College from 2015 to 2018.

In addition, Andrew has held positions as an Agent at Student Success Agency from 2017 to 2018, a Latino community outreach volunteer at Alzheimer's Association National Capital Area Chapter in 2017, a Research Analyst at Blackhawk Capital in 2017, and a Translator at Coast Guard Auxiliary Association in 2017.

Andrew Ashur completed their high school education at Georgetown Prep from 2011 to 2015. Andrew then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree from Davidson College, graduating in 2019. At Davidson College, they pursued a double major in Economics and Spanish. Additionally, in 2016, Andrew briefly studied Spanish Art and Society through an Advanced Language Seminar at La Universidad de Cadiz.
