Vikas Malyala, PMP, ITIL has over 20 years of experience in IT Program Management, Development Management, and Project Management.

In 2013, they Co-Founded Lucid Infosystems and began working as a Sr. Program Manager at Google. At Google, they Program Managed multiple Large Transformation Programs including Finance SAP implementation on Google Cloud, Waymo/Verily SAP Implementation projects on SAP Public Cloud, Oracle R12 upgrade, and managed Programs like first Chromecast & Chrome book product launch, Google glass enterprise & consumer launch. Vikas also managed many technical teams in building in house products.

In 2006, they began working at Blue Coat Systems as a Sr. Dev Manager/IT Program Manager. Vikas collaborated, as an IT Business Partner, with human resources, sales, marketing, IT, and legal business; effectively managed IT programs, development, and project releases as well as ensured SOX compliance. As a Vendor Manager, they worked with various vendors and saved approximately half a million dollars on Oracle product support licensing cost. Vikas was also an IT Development Manager, responsible for application development for various business applications like Oracle, Siebel, SFDC and middlewares like WebMethods. Vikas implemented on-shore/off-shore model to deliver solutions in cost effective manner and effectively partnered with business leaders to manage all IT projects and relationships with front and back office senior staff members, manage on shore and off shore application development, and manage the demand, planning, resource allocation and utilization. Vikas was also involved in building IT Roadmap and Strategy, and built various processes like SDLC, Project Life Cycle process, Oracle Change Migration process, Release Management Process, Coding Standards, Documentation Templates, SOX documentation, Run books & guidelines.

In 2004, they began working at Intuit as a Sr. Oracle Consultant/Technical Manager. Vikas managed and implemented the reconciliation of Oracle AR, GL, and PaymenTech project, performed business requirement analysis and gap analysis, and prepared business solutions using standard functionality and identified the customization points. Vikas also began working at WebEx Communications in 2004 as a Sr. Oracle Consultant/Technical manager. Vikas managed and implemented the Parallel Production project, maintained parallel production system as a back up to production environment until the production system was stabilized after the complicated integration with third party software, and performed business requirement analysis and gap analysis as well as estimation, planning, and scheduling for the different releases and managed the User Acceptance Testing Cycle.

In 2003, they began working at Zoran as a Sr. Oracle Consultant. Zoran (an Israel company) bought Oak Technology and Oak bought Terralogic. Both Zoran amd Oak were on Oracle Apps 11. 5.

In 1998, they began working at SmartDB Corp / Taviz Technology Inc / Insevo as a Sr. Applications Engineer. Vikas lead developing adapters for interfaces in various modules in Oracle Applications, lead on-site consulting helping implement Oracle Applications (Upgrade/New) at various clients, and resolved issues related to analysis and design in times of crisis and effectively managed risk.

Vikas Malyala completed their B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from Sri Krishnadevaraya University between 1991 and 1995. Prior to that, they attended S V Arts & Science College, Palem from 1989 to 1991. Vikas also attended TSM High School from 1979 to 1989. In addition, Vikas Malyala obtained their ITIL V3 Foundation certification from ITIL in February 2009 and their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2007.
