David Wiese

David Wiese is a seasoned professional in supply chain management with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Senior Group Manager at Lucid Motors since October 2023, David oversees advanced commodities including automotive lighting and interior cabin systems while building and managing a robust team in multiple locations. Prior to this role, David held various management positions at General Motors for over two decades, where responsibilities included portfolio planning, European vehicle and powertrain forecasting, and global sourcing of exterior lighting. David's career began in manufacturing with roles at Eaton and Motorola, complemented by a strong educational background in operations and manufacturing management from Kettering University and Purdue University, along with a CPIM certification from the Association for Supply Chain Management.
