Joshua Kintz

Joshua Kintz is a Chassis Development & Validation Engineer at Lucid Motors since August 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Race Tire Development Engineer at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Team Lead for Formula SAE at VT Motorsports. In the latter position, Joshua led a team of 42 students through design and testing of formula-style race cars, overseeing a substantial budget and fostering leadership development. Early career contributions include product development and technical support for racing applications, coupled with engineering internships at notable companies such as LORD Corporation and Practical Elegance, where Joshua focused on enhancing production rates and conducting market research. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, completed in 2021.
