Juan Pineda is an experienced technical specialist with a strong background in electrical engineering and automatic control. Currently serving as ADAS Feature Owner at Lucid Motors since July 2021, Juan Pineda focuses on conceptualizing and launching advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) while ensuring compliance with homologation standards. Prior experience includes roles at BMW Group México, where Juan Pineda coordinated total vehicle quality for the new BMW 3 series, and General Motors, where responsibilities included leading electrical architecture and serving as a senior electrical engineer. Early career experiences featured electrical development work at PROLEC GE and teaching control engineering at UANL. Juan Pineda holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Automatic Control from UANL and an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from UASLP.
