Justin Charles

Justin Charles is an experienced automotive professional with a strong background in technical management and team leadership. Currently serving as Field Technical Manager for the Western Region at Lucid Motors since June 2022, Justin previously held the role of Field Technical Specialist within the same company. Prior experience includes leading teams as Shop Foreman and Team Lead at McLaren Houston from January 2016 to July 2022 and as Shop Foreman at Helfman Maserati Alfa Romeo. Justin's career began with service technician roles at Helfman Dodge Inc and Helfman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, specializing in diagnostics and repairs while maintaining high efficiency. Justin holds a degree in Automotive Technology from San Jacinto College.
