Nathaniel McCallum

Nathaniel McCallum is a Mechanical Engineer currently employed at Lucid Motors since January 2023, with prior experience as an Associate Mechanical Engineer. Previously, Nathaniel worked at Coast Mountain Bus Company as a Mechanical Engineering Student Assistant, supporting maintenance engineering tasks and designing parts using Autodesk Inventor. Nathaniel also held leadership roles at UBC Rocket, first as Internal Structures Subteam Lead, overseeing the design and manufacturing of internal structures for high-powered rockets, and then as a subteam member focusing on internal assemblies. Additional experience includes a Research Co-op position at Ballard Power Systems, where Nathaniel conducted diagnostic testing on Hydrogen Fuel Cells and managed testing equipment. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, specializing in Thermofluids.
