Rinkesh Patel is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in automotive diagnostics, validation, and powertrain calibration. Currently serving as a Diagnostics Verification and Validation Engineer at Lucid Motors since May 2022, Rinkesh leads diagnostic testing and validation for multiple electronic control units (ECUs) against industry standards. Previously, Rinkesh worked at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from July 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included vehicle testing, engine calibration, and thermal management system calibration. Rinkesh began a professional career as Team Lead and Lead Powertrain Engineer at Alpha Racing, earning the 2015 Leadership Honors Award for overseeing a team of engineers. Rinkesh holds a Master's degree in Automotive Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
