Su Gao

Su Gao currently serves as the Associate Director of Strategy at Lucid Motors, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Su Gao was a Project Leader and Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from January 2019 to November 2023, with earlier experience as a Summer Consultant in June 2017. Previous roles include Senior Environmental, Social and Governance Analyst at Bloomberg LP from September 2011 to July 2016, where responsibilities included product management for the ESG data product and leading significant projects. Additional experience includes serving as China Representative for Beyond Service, a Climate and Energy Policy Intern at the Natural Resources Defense Council, and various editorial and research roles focused on clean energy and environmental policy. Su Gao holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor’s degree in Earth and Planetary Sciences from Harvard University.
