Tapan Gajera

Tapan Gajera is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and software architecture design. Currently serving as a Sr Engineering Manager at Lucid Motors since September 2021, Tapan oversees software architecture, sprint planning, and cross-functional coordination while managing collaboration with global supply chain teams and third-party vendors. Previously, Tapan held various roles at National Oilwell Varco, including Software Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included software product development and team growth. Tapan's experience spans multiple companies, including Interlink Transport Technologies, URA Rx Group, Siemens Corporate Research, and Semitronik Pvt. Ltd, covering roles from software development to intern positions. Tapan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai University.
