Van Blanco, MBA, SSBB, EIT, currently serves as a Senior Performance Test Engineer in Propulsion Durability Development at Lucid Motors, leading all vehicle development testing activities. Prior to this role, extensive experience at General Motors included dynamic positions such as Small Block Dyno Engine Calibration Development Engineer and Senior Small Block Engine Validation Engineer, focusing on project design, coordination, and data analysis for engine development. Additionally, educational qualifications encompass an MBA from Oakland University and a Master’s in Global Automotive and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Michigan, complemented by a Graduate Certificate from Stanford University in Design for Customer Value. A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering was obtained from Marquette University.
