Dave Palmer has extensive experience in customer success and human resources across multiple industries. Since April 2018, Dave has held various leadership roles at Lucid Software, focusing on customer success within the education sector. Prior to this, Dave worked at Sidewalk, Inc., where responsibilities included finance management, customer support leadership, and implementation management of software systems. Earlier experience includes HR management at Intermountain Healthcare and Intermountain Staffing, where strategic HR initiatives and employee engagement were key focuses. Dave holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Westminster University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Utah State University.
