Davi Johnson

Davi Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in instructional design, sales, and training development. Starting as a Kindergarten Teacher/Aide, Davi transitioned to a Teacher/Zone Coordinator at the Missionary Training Center, where teaching skills and lesson planning were emphasized. As a Freelance Instructional Designer and Copy Writer, Davi managed the training development lifecycle, utilizing the ADDIE model and collaborating with subject matter experts to create effective learning materials. Subsequent roles at Black Swan Group included Head of Sales and Founding Account Executive, where significant achievements included increasing profits during the pandemic and expanding into new global industries. Currently serving as an Enablement Manager at Lucid Software, Davi's focus remains on enhancing sales effectiveness and training delivery. Davi earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Health Education and Promotion, International Development from Brigham Young University.
