Nicholas Katsefaras

Nicholas Katsefaras is an experienced IT and human resources professional with a strong background in strategic leadership and talent system implementation. Currently serving as Senior Manager IT Product Owner at Domino's since February 2014, Nicholas oversees People System initiatives, enhancing hiring processes and onboarding experiences. Prior roles include managing Corporate Systems and leading the implementation of an applicant tracking system as an ATS Analyst. Previous experience spans web design and HR roles at Neat Developments, The Resource Center for Independent Living, and Capital Imaging, where Nicholas drove significant operational changes. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development & Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University.
