Kelsey Roderick

Kelsey Roderick, MBA, serves as the Sr Manager of Sales Enablement at Lucid Software, leading a global team to implement transformational programs tailored to various organizational segments. Kelsey has held multiple roles at Lucid, including Sales Enablement Manager for Customer Success, where impactful onboarding and customer strategy programming were developed. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Account Executive and Account Executive, achieving high-quality assurance scores and recognition in President's Club. Kelsey also contributed to the Lassonde Entrepreneur Institute and the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business as a Startup Chair and Market Research Associate, respectively. Kelsey earned an MBA from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Seattle Pacific University.
