Sr. Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Lucid

Lauren Thomas is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success for the Acceleration Team at Lucid since March 2019. Previously, Lauren held various roles at Lucid, including Team Lead for both the Named Accounts Team and the Mid Market Team, as well as Customer Success Manager for the SMB/Pool. Prior to Lucid, Lauren worked as a Partnerships Manager at Spike 150, where key relationships were managed to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Transcontinental Railroad. Lauren also gained experience as a Communications Fellow at Sorenson Impact, contributing to community service improvements and publishing articles on social innovation. Earlier experience includes event management at the BYU Ballard Center, where Lauren successfully organized large-scale events and educated others in event planning best practices. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Brigham Young University.
