Joni Gilbert Kovarik

Joni Gilbert Kovarik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts at Avalara since April 2014, Joni focuses on driving customer investment returns and enhancing automation through compliance solutions, leveraging strategic planning and stakeholder management skills. Prior roles include Founder of BizDev Consulting LLC, Business Development positions at Aquent Studios and Allyis, and Managing Director of Business Development at Allyis, among others. Joni's career also features significant roles at CSG OpenLine, BEON Media, MatchLight Software, Getty Images, and InfoAccess, along with early experience in catering at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Joni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Washington State University and has pursued further education in Enterprise Design.
