Melinda A. Frandsen

Melinda A. Frandsen is a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist currently employed at Lucid Software since January 2022, progressing through roles from QA Specialist I to QA Specialist III, contributing to the development and testing of the company’s visual collaboration products, Lucidchart and Lucidspark. Prior to this, Melinda was self-employed from January 2013 to January 2021, focusing on custom web design and quality assurance testing for various clients. From January 2001 to January 2013, Melinda worked at NEW APPROACH COMPUTING INC, performing similar roles in web development and quality assurance. Melinda holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Science from Salt Lake Community College, earned between January 2015 and December 2020.
