Audra Lindell is a seasoned professional in customer experience and contact center management with extensive expertise spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Solution Consultant at LUCIDIA iT, LLC since February 2021, Audra previously held multiple roles at ConvergeOne, including Contact Center Strategic Advisor and Contact Center Design Specialist & Trainer for Genesys Products. Audra's earlier experience includes managing student enrollment at Harrison College and recruitment at ITT Technical Institute, where significant enrollment growth was achieved. Audra holds two Bachelor of Applied Science degrees from Ball State University, specializing in Speech Communication and Counseling Psychology.
