Fred Moore

Fred Moore is an experienced information technology professional with a strong background in network and system engineering. As the Owner of LucidITy Networks since December 2017, Fred has established expertise in managing and delivering IT solutions. Prior experience includes roles as a Network Engineer at Rochester Regional Health and as a Network/System Engineer at Innovative Solutions and The Layer 8 Group. Fred began a career in technology at Performance Technologies Inc as a Software Engineer and has also worked as a Network Engineer at Excellus BCBS. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Networking Administration and System Administration, along with a minor in Communications from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Early education was completed at Victor Central High School.
