Bala Ravi is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in sales, consulting, and team leadership across multiple regions. Currently serving as a Block Storage Consultant at Lucidity since August 2025, Bala previously contributed to Testsigma as a Founding Member, where responsibilities included spearheading outbound sales processes and mentoring sales development representatives (SDRs) across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC. At Freshworks, from June 2018 to April 2023, Bala led inbound efforts for the ASEAN region and facilitated cross-functional collaborations to improve lead quality and conversions. As the first hire for the ASEAN market, Bala generated significant opportunities and revenue, while focusing on brand awareness.
