Zoe Thomson

Zoe Thomson has diverse work experience in various research and teaching roles. Zoe started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Calgary in 2016 and 2017, where they contributed to research projects. In 2018, Zoe worked as a Research Assistant at Ryerson University and a Teaching Assistant at George Brown College. During their time at Ryerson University, they gained valuable experience in assisting with research projects. At George Brown College, they took on a teaching role, providing support to students. Most recently, they co-founded LUCID, a company that focuses on driving innovation in mental health, machine learning, and music. In their role as the Chief Innovation Officer, Zoe is leading the development of therapeutic music to help manage anxiety and stress. Zoe is also the Chief Science Officer, responsible for optimizing the potential of sound and music for mental well-being.
