Rishi Setia

Rishi Setia is a seasoned professional in product management with a strong focus on data science and machine learning applications. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager, AI at Lucidworks since February 2025, Rishi has previously held senior roles at LTK, Shelf Engine, and ShopRunner, where responsibilities included managing machine learning workstreams and developing predictive models to enhance sales. Prior experience at IBM involved consultancy in business analytics and strategy, while early roles included project leadership in healthcare technology and internship work in enterprise change at Bank of America. Rishi holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
