John Reilly has a comprehensive work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. John started their career as a Mechanical Engineering Department Intern at Entergy, where they worked on projects for a nuclear power plant. John then joined Philips, initially as a Mechanical Associate Design Engineer and later promoted to Mechanical Design Engineer, gaining experience in LED team, international markets, new product development, and marketing.

John then transitioned to B/E Aerospace, where they served as a Mechanical Design Engineer and later as a Project Engineer. John played key roles in designing Boeing 737 SKY LED lighting line fit program, evaluating and modifying engineers' designs, and owning reliability predictions and testing.

Afterwards, John joined Acuity Brands, starting as a Lead Engineer and then being promoted to R&D Engineering Manager. John established a multidisciplinary innovation team, led high visibility commercialization initiatives, developed relationships with startups, and supported M&A and licensing negotiations. John also mentored staff and led successful lean product development programs.

Currently, John is working at Lucifer Lighting as the Vice President of Engineering and Supply Chain. Their responsibilities include overseeing engineering and supply chain functions.
