Megan Alpers-Raschefsky is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in leading creative services and development communications. Currently serving as the Director of Creative Services and Lead for the Patient Heroes Program at the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health since July 2013, Megan directs a team focused on compelling storytelling and visual design to inspire philanthropic support. Prior experience includes roles at the California Farm Bureau Federation as Senior Associate Director of Development Communications and Media Specialist, where Megan managed media inquiries and crafted impactful messaging. Additional experience includes account management at McGrath/Power Public Relations and various internships, complemented by a Master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from San José State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
